Ms. Yu joined Chen & Lin in 2003. She focused on consultation of civil laws, corporate and securities laws, fair trade and antitrust laws, international contract, corporate governance and compliance, entertainment laws, etc.
Most of the clients served by Ms. Yu are the companies listed in the TWSE or Taipei Exchange. As the general counsel of them, Ms. Yu not only provided corporate governance and compliance consultation to the clients but also had successfully assisted them to make funding in the capital market, to process the M&A transactions, to deal with contest over corporate control issues and to make the inbound and outbound investments. The industries of Ms. Yu’s clients cover the manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, international chain restaurant, international Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), talent agency business. Ms. Yu had provided these clients with the comprehensive legal services and successfully assisted the numerous well-known domestic and international companies in negotiating various commercial contracts and managing legal risk in all respect of business activities in the procurement, sales, marketing, endorsements, and advertising.
For the future, Ms. Yu hopes to more successfully be a professional business lawyer with the firm's consistent service concept of pragmatism, specialization and teamwork so as to provide all necessary assistance to the clients during their operations as well as effectively assisting the clients to reduce business risks thereof.
