Profile

Ali Wang handles civil, criminal and administrative litigations matters and provides general consultation regarding Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act and labor law as well as contracts review.

Ali's practice includes civil and criminal litigations and employment matters, covering legal matters related to Employment Services Act, occupational accidents, pensions, severance payment, overtime pay, and work rules. Ali also advises on labor law compliance, contract review and conducts investigations into workplace sexual harassment and unlawful workplace violations, and handles of labor disputes such as illegal dismissal.

In addition to providing the above legal services, Ali also devotes herself to pro bono matters. Ali has successfully handled consumer disputes for a well-known care center in Taiwan and recommended by such center, taught seminars for professional trainings on Legal Disputes and Handling of Long-Term Care at the Taiwan Long-Term Care Institute.
