Roger Lo holds an LL.B. from the Department of Law at National Taiwan University. His practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment in Taiwan, corporate governance, and commercial contract disputes. He has experience advising on complex civil and commercial disputes and legal issues involving multiple areas of law. He has also assisted corporate clients in drafting share purchase agreements and conducting legal due diligence.
